Tatiana El Khoury Articling Lawyer

Graduated from Law School in 2020 at La Sagesse University, Beirut. Tatiana was admitted to the Beirut Bar Association in 2021 and is currently a Trainee Lawyer. She is presently undergoing her Master’s Degree, LLM, specializing in International Commercial Law at Brunel University London, and will graduate in September 2023.

Member of the "Beirut Bar Association" since 1998, the "Barreau du Quebec" since 2010, the Association Professionnelle des Avocates et Avocats du Quebec. Accredited Mediator member of the "IMAQ" and "IAMC" since 2014. Commissioner of Oath for the province of Quebec and for outside Quebec since 2008. Licensed in Civil Law (Lebanese University 1997), in Canon Law (2015), and in ADR-Mediation (Sherbrooke University 2014).

Kay Nachar Articling Lawyer

Graduated from Lebanese University in 2020 with a Master's Degree in Law. Kay was admitted to the Beirut Bar Association in 2022 and became a winner at Qatar Business Law Forum 2022. Arbitrator and Chairwoman at the 10th Middle East e-Vis Pre-Moot General Rounds. Finalist at Lebanon's UNDP competition. Organizer at the ICRC Moot Court.

Jean El Chami Lawyer - Mediator

Member of the "Beirut Bar Association" since 1995, and of the LAMAC since 2018. Jean has more than 25 years of experience in law fields and extensive multidisciplinary expertise covering advisory, transactional, dispute resolution matters, and Alternative Dispute Resolution issues. He heads the Commercial practice, he is specialized in business and corporate cases, real estate transactions, sales, and acquisitions.
